Some of the faces on nurses look sad and unhappy to there and seemed like they are bothered t be asked questions. When i call i am left on hold for 10min. Then when i call back especially on weekends the phone keeps ringng no one picks up. Administration is pleasant and helpful.

The staff was so kind and caring. The comfort they gave my dad during his last days was phenomenal. The facility itself is very clean. Food is not fit for animals to eat, is always cold, and there is never a schedule for meals.. Care is non existent, Calling a nurse via the call button takes an hour!

The residents are very friendly, and the staff is very friendly. Their 1-bedrooms and 2-bedrooms are fairly large facilities. Yes, I gave all five star ratings. Carriage Club is an amazing facility. To get the type of services they offer, one would expect it to be a "buy in" type situation.
